The Prowler Flu

 

The Prowler sounds and looks pretty intimidating. We get it. But, this is an amazing tool for your body. There are so many different uses for it. It should be a staple in every gym. Good thing we have three!!

 

One of the great things about the prowler is the type of muscle contraction that you use in order to push, pull, or some sort of variation thereof. That muscle contraction is concentric, which is shortening of the muscle. There is no eccentric contraction, which is lengthening of the muscle. Eccentric contraction is a big player in muscle soreness. So if you are trying to recover from a heavy lifting day, or you are sore to begin with, the prowler is ready for you!
