"I did a Dexa scan, which is the most accurate body composition test available. Changes from my test 6 months ago to today: Loss of 5 lbs of body fat and gained 7 lbs of lean muscle. Main differences are I replaced High Intensity Training with strength and conditioning program at The Rack, increased my protein intake and lowered carb intake.
My body fat percentage still needs to go down to 17% (Need to lose another 5 lbs of fat and gain more lean muscle). That's my goal for the next 6 months after I return from my trip.
Your S&C program definitely works. Training is easier than HIIT training yet I'm getting better results."
